How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your country. You can check our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times.

How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping to 20+ countries around the world. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you! We'll be sure to send the correct plug type for your country, too.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
What is the return policy?
You may return your Sleepr product within 100 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How long does the battery last?
The battery lasts up to 14 days on a single charge, depending on use. Recharging is quick and simple with the included USB plug.
Is it hard to set up?
