We know you’re excited to receive your new alarm clock! Our standard delivery time is 4–7 business days, but please keep in mind that this is an estimate. In some cases, deliveries may take a bit longer due to factors like holidays, weekends, or unexpected shipping delays.
We truly appreciate your patience and want you to know that we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You can track your order in real time by entering your details on our tracking page.
We do our best to meet our estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days, but occasional delays can occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to check its status.

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing, and we’ll always do our best to help you resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received your order, please:
- Check around your property: Look in areas where the package may have been left (porch, side door, garage, or mailbox).
- Ask neighbors or building management: Sometimes packages are left with a neighbor or at a front desk for safekeeping.
- Wait 24–48 hours: Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered a bit early, and they usually arrive shortly after.
- Contact the carrier directly: They can verify the delivery location or open an investigation if necessary.
If your package is confirmed lost or stolen:
- Contact us at support@hellosleepr.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- Include your order number, tracking number, and any relevant details.
While Sleepr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, in some cases, may be able to offer a replacement or store credit.
To help prevent package theft, we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order, or selecting a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery.

Optimize your 3 alarms
- Set all three alarms with a 15-minute gap to start.
- Over a few days, reduce the gap to 10, then 5, and finally 3 minutes to better match your sleep cycle.
